Clara Lionel Foundation Kat Graham Kim Kardashian Nikki Reed were a just few of the A-listers in attendance.
Late night TV host Jimmy Kimmel hosted the evening, and Pitt introduced the singer, who performed for the crowd.
"I ask that we stand together by her side and show her our support and our love and say to her the hard words, ‘Rihanna put down that sandwich, get off your ass and do something," Pitt joked. "God damn it, just do something with your life."
The foundation was named for her grandparents, Clara and Lionel Brathwaite.
